How to Order

Sending a sweet surprise to your loved ones in China is fast and simple. Follow this quick guide to place your order securely.

?? Delivery Area Notice: We currently specialize in delivering exclusively to Mainland China. Please note that delivery services to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are not available at this time.

1. Choose Your Gifts

Browse our selection of premium cakes and fresh flowers. Once you've found the perfect gift, select your desired specifications and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

2. Guest Checkout or Register

When you are ready to complete your purchase, head to the checkout page. You do not need an account to order!

Checkout as Guest: Perfect if you're in a hurry. Just enter your email so we can send you the order confirmation and tracking updates.
Create an Account: Optional, but great for saving your details for future gifts and easily tracking your order history.

3. Enter Delivery Details & Date

Fill out the recipient's shipping address in Mainland China. You can type the address in English/Pinyin, or ideally, in Chinese characters.

Delivery Date: Choose the day you want the gift to arrive (Deliveries are based on China Standard Time).
Rural Areas: If your recipient lives in a rural or remote township, please make sure to select the correct delivery region to apply the necessary delivery fee.

?? Local Phone Number Required

You must provide a valid local Chinese phone number for the recipient. Our local courier will call them before delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the fresh items and prevent spoilage.

4. Write Your Card & Add Notes

Every order includes a free greeting card. Write your heartfelt message in English during this step.

?? Need Translation? Use the "Order Notes"

If you would like our team to translate your English message into Chinese, you must type your request directly in the "Order Notes" box on our Checkout Page before you pay.

Please do NOT leave translation requests in the PayPal or Credit Card gateway notes, as our fulfillment team will not see them!

5. Secure Payment

Review your order details and proceed to payment. You can pay securely using any major international credit card or PayPal. All prices are charged in USD. Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation and your order is all set!
