Do you deliver to all cities in China?
We deliver exclusively to Mainland China, covering 99% of urban and rural addresses. Please note that we do not offer delivery services to Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.
How do I get my greeting card translated to Chinese?
We offer free translation! You must type your request in the "Order Notes" box located on the Recipient Information form during checkout. Please do not leave requests in PayPal or credit card gateway notes, as our team will not see them.
Will the courier call the recipient before delivery?
Yes. To ensure perishable items like fresh cakes and flowers don't spoil, it is standard practice in China for the courier to call the recipient's local phone number to confirm they are available.
Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?
Please keep the time zone difference in mind! China Standard Time (CST) is 12-15 hours ahead of the US. We offer flexible deliveries during daytime and evening hours, up to 10:00 PM CST.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order for a full refund as long as the status has not changed to "Scheduled for Delivery". Once the local artisan begins preparing your fresh items, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
