- Your Information (The Sender): Your name, billing address, email address, and payment details. (Note: Your full credit card number is processed securely by our payment gateways and is never stored on our servers.)
- Recipient Information: Because we deliver gifts on your behalf, we must collect the recipient's name, physical delivery address in Mainland China, local Chinese phone number, and any personal messages you include for the greeting card.
2. Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with trusted third parties only to help us fulfill your orders and operate our store securely.
To physically handcraft and deliver your cake or flowers, we must share the Recipient Information (recipient's name, delivery address, phone number, and greeting card message) with our network of local artisan bakeries, florists, and couriers in Mainland China. We strictly prohibit our local partners from using this recipient data for any marketing or promotional purposes.
We also share data with our e-commerce platform and payment gateways (such as PayPal) to process your transactions securely. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to otherwise protect our rights.
3. Data Security & Your Rights
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your personal information is not inappropriately lost, misused, or accessed. Depending on your location (such as if you are a European resident under the GDPR, or a California resident under the CCPA), you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
