At Rainwish, we work with premium local bakeries and florists across China to handcraft your gifts. Because we deal with fresh, highly perishable items, exact availability can vary by region, season, and daily local market supply. To ensure your gift arrives on time for your special occasion, substitutions are sometimes necessary.

?? 1. Our "Equal or Greater Value" Promise

When a substitution is required, our strict rule for all our local artisan partners is simple: Any substituted item must be of equal or greater value than the original item chosen. We will always maintain the overall style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement you selected.

?? 2. Fresh Flowers & Bouquets

Flower availability is subject to Mother Nature. If a specific flower type is temporarily unavailable in the recipient's city, our florists will make the following adjustments:

• Main Flowers: If a primary flower (like a specific color of rose or lily) is unavailable, it will be substituted with a similar premium flower of equal or higher value.
• Filler Flowers & Greens: Accent flowers (like baby's breath) and foliage may be substituted with fresh, seasonal alternatives that complement the main blooms.
• Colors: Our florists will always try to match the color scheme shown on the website. For example, if pink tulips are out of stock, they will use pink roses or another high-quality pink bloom to keep the arrangement's romantic feel intact.

?? 3. Fresh Cream Cakes

Cakes are freshly baked on the day of delivery. While the core flavor (e.g., chocolate sponge, matcha, vanilla) will always remain exactly as ordered, minor substitutions may occur regarding decorations:

• Fresh Fruits: Fruit toppings are highly seasonal. If the cake pictured has fresh strawberries, but they are out of season or of poor quality in the local market that day, the baker will substitute them with other fresh, premium seasonal fruits (like cherries, mangoes, or kiwi).
• Decorations: Minor decorative elements (such as chocolate curls, frosting patterns, or edible garnishes) may vary slightly based on the individual baker's artisanal style.

?? 4. Packaging, Wrapping & Vases

Because we deliver across 99% of cities in China, local packaging supplies vary.

• Wrapping Paper & Ribbons: The exact color or texture of the bouquet wrapping paper or ribbon may differ slightly from the product photo, but our florists will always choose elegant materials that match the gift's overall aesthetic.
• Vases & Baskets: If the exact vase or basket pictured is unavailable, a similar container of equal or greater value and style will be used.
