Refund & Return Policy
We know sending a gift from miles away requires immense trust. Here is our straightforward policy regarding cancellations, quality issues, and refunds.
?? 1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
Because Rainwish specializes in fresh, handcrafted items (cream cakes, fresh flower bouquets), all sales are final and items cannot be returned. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of any perishable food products or floral arrangements once they have been delivered.
?? 2. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that plans change. You can request a full refund or modify your order (change the delivery date, address, or message) only if the order has not yet been processed by our local partner.
- Eligible for 100% Refund: If your order status is still "Payment Pending" or "Order Received & Processing", you can cancel it for a full refund.
- Ineligible for Cancellation: Once your order status changes to "Scheduled for Delivery", it means our local bakery or florist in China has already reserved the ingredients and begun preparing your gift. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@Rainwish.com with your Order Number.
?? 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)
We pride ourselves on quality, but occasionally accidents happen during transit. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund (partial or full, depending on the severity) if:
- The cake or flowers arrive severely damaged or ruined.
- The completely wrong item was delivered (e.g., a chocolate cake instead of a fruit cake).
- The item was never delivered due to an error on our courier's end.
To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide clear photographic evidence. Please ask the recipient to take a photo of the item and email it to us within 24 hours of the delivery time. Without photo evidence, we cannot verify the claim with our local partners and no refund will be issued.
*Note: Minor aesthetic variations (e.g., slight differences in frosting color or a slightly different flower wrapping paper due to local seasonal availability) do not qualify for a refund, as all items are handcrafted.
?? 4. Non-Refundable Situations
Because our products are highly perishable, we cannot offer refunds, redeliveries, or replacements in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect Address: The shipping address provided during checkout was wrong, incomplete, or misspelled.
- Uncontactable Recipient: The local Chinese phone number provided was incorrect, out of service, or the recipient refused to answer the courier's phone calls after multiple attempts.
- Recipient Refusal: The recipient explicitly rejects the delivery.
- Not Available to Receive: The recipient is not at the location, and there is no secure place (like a receptionist or neighbor) to leave the perishable items, resulting in the items spoiling or being returned to the shop.
In these cases, our couriers have fulfilled their duty, the perishable items are considered consumed, and no refund will be issued.
?? 5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
