Secure Payment Guidelines
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Learn how Rainwish protects your data during checkout.
?? 1. Our Security Promise
Shopping across borders should never mean compromising on security. We use industry-leading technology to ensure your payment details are kept strictly confidential.
??? Bank-Level Encryption & PCI Compliance
Our entire website and checkout process are protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Additionally, our payment processing system is fully PCI-DSS Compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This means Rainwish never sees, stores, or holds your full credit card number on our servers. Your sensitive data is tokenized and processed directly by our secure banking partners.
?? 2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept trusted, international payment methods for your convenience. You do not need a Chinese bank account or local Chinese payment apps to order.
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal
*Note: For your protection, please do not leave any delivery instructions or translation requests in the PayPal transaction notes. Always use the "Order Notes" or "Remarks" box on the Rainwish recipient information page.
?? 3. Currency & Conversions
All product prices displayed on Rainwish are in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card or PayPal account is based in another currency (such as Euros, CAD, or AUD), you can still complete your purchase. Your bank or PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion based on their current daily exchange rates when the transaction is processed.
?? 4. Payment Declined? (Cross-Border Alert)
Because you are placing an order on an international website and the delivery address is in Mainland China, your bank's automated fraud prevention system might occasionally flag the transaction as "unusual activity" and decline the payment.
If your card is declined at checkout but you know you have sufficient funds, it is almost certainly a cross-border security block by your bank. Simply call the number on the back of your credit card, inform them that you are intentionally making an online purchase for delivery to China, and ask them to authorize the transaction. You can then try checking out again.
Alternative Solution: If your credit card keeps getting blocked by your bank's strict filters, we highly recommend checking out using PayPal, as it typically bypasses these specific cross-border banking hurdles smoothly.
?? 5. Billing vs. Shipping Address
During checkout, please ensure that your Billing Address exactly matches the address associated with your credit card or PayPal account. The Shipping/Delivery Address should be the recipient's address in Mainland China. A mismatch in the billing address may result in your payment being declined by our automated fraud-prevention filters.
