Understanding Your Order Status
Here is a quick guide to what your current order status means throughout our delivery process:
- Payment Pending: We have received your order request and are waiting for the payment to be successfully processed to begin.
- Order Received & Processing: Your payment is confirmed! We are currently matching your order with the best premium local bakery or florist in China.
- Scheduled for Delivery: Your order has been assigned to our local partner store. They are ready and will handcraft and deliver your gift on your requested delivery date.
- Delivered: Success! Your gift has been handed directly to the recipient or safely placed at their requested designated location.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my order status "Scheduled for Delivery" for a long time?
If you placed your order days or weeks in advance, this is completely normal! It means our local partner has accepted your order and secured your delivery slot. They will wait to prepare your fresh cake or flowers until the actual day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
Why hasn't my order been delivered yet? It's already the delivery date!
Please keep in mind the time zone difference. China Standard Time (CST) is 12 to 15 hours ahead of US time zones, and 7 to 8 hours ahead of European time zones. Deliveries are made during local daytime hours in China.
Will the courier call the recipient before delivery?
Yes. To ensure the safe arrival of perishable items like fresh cakes and flowers in China, our courier will almost always call the recipient first to confirm they are available or to arrange a safe drop-off location.
