This website is operated by Rainwish. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rainwish. Rainwish offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Delivery Area Limitations

We specialize in delivering fresh cakes and floral arrangements exclusively to Mainland China. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any geographic region or jurisdiction. We do not currently fulfill orders to Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan. Any orders placed for delivery outside of Mainland China will be promptly canceled and refunded.

3. Products, Perishable Goods, and Substitutions

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products (cakes and fresh flowers):

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as all items are handcrafted by local partners, minor aesthetic variations may occur.
  • All products are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, flowers, or packaging with items of equal or greater value to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Because our goods are perishable, we do not accept physical returns.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. This includes, crucially, providing a valid, active local Chinese phone number for the recipient.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We are not liable for delayed, failed, or spoiled deliveries caused by inaccurate shipping addresses or unreachable recipient phone numbers provided by you. Furthermore, you agree to ensure that your Billing Address matches the address associated with your chosen payment method to prevent cross-border fraud flags.

5. Order Notes and Special Instructions (Strict Definition)

We offer complimentary translation of greeting card messages into Chinese and accept specific delivery time requests. To utilize these services, you must explicitly leave your request in the "Order Notes" or "Remarks" box located within the Recipient Information form on our website.

Strict Definition of "Order Notes":

For the purposes of these Terms, "Order Notes" refers strictly and exclusively to the designated text field provided on the Rainwish website during the step where you fill out the recipient's shipping address and contact details. We assume no responsibility or liability for fulfilling translation requests or special delivery instructions left during the payment stage, in payment gateway notes (including, but not limited to, PayPal transaction notes), or in any other location outside of the designated recipient information form.

6. Payment Methods & Security

We process transactions securely using industry-standard encryption. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide such information to our third-party payment processors to facilitate the transaction.

7. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites (such as payment processors) that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

In no case shall Rainwish, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
